BioCoherence Meditation
As you settle deeper into this meditation, bring your awareness to specific points on your body that will aid in soothing your heart and mind.Begin with HT7, located at the wrist crease on the inner side of your arm. This point calms the heart, helping to ease feelings of anxiety and stress. Visualize a warm, gentle light emanating from this point, enveloping your heart with tranquility.
Next, focus on PC6, found about two finger-breadths above the wrist crease, between the two tendons. This point regulates emotions, allowing you to release tension and find emotional balance. Imagine a soft wave washing over you, washing away negative emotions and bringing clarity.
Now, bring your attention to CV17, located at the center of your chest. This point opens the chest, encouraging the flow of energy and allowing for deep, restorative breaths. Visualize your chest expanding with each breath, filling you with a sense of openness and calm.
Shift your focus to GV20, situated at the top of your head. This point clears the mind, promoting a sense of mental clarity and peace. Picture a bright light shining from above, illuminating your thoughts and lifting away any heaviness or confusion.
Lastly, direct your awareness to LR3, located on the top of your foot, in the valley between the big toe and the second toe. This point soothes the liver, helping to release any pent-up frustration or stress. Imagine a gentle breeze flowing through this area, bringing relief and a sense of grounding.
As you connect with these points, visualize their energies working in harmony. Feel the calming effect on your heart, the emotional regulation taking place, the openness in your chest, the clarity in your mind, and the soothing of your liver. Allow this balance to envelop you, restoring your inner peace and tranquility.
Inhale deeply, holding this visualization, and as you exhale, imagine releasing any lingering tension or discomfort. Trust in this natural process of healing and balance, knowing that you are nurturing your heart and mind, guiding them back to a state of harmony. Continue to breathe, feeling the effects of this meditation settling within you.
