BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to relax and deepen your state of meditation, bring your awareness to the specific acupuncture points that can help harmonize your mood and emotions. First, locate TH2, also known as Yemen, situated on the back of the hand, in the depression between the second and third metacarpal bones. This point is beneficial for calming the mind and regulating Qi, aiding in the alleviation of irritability and anxiety. Next, find ST17, known as Ruzhong, located on the chest, directly beneath the nipple, in the fourth intercostal space. Gentle needling here can enhance the flow of Qi in the chest, promoting emotional stability and reducing feelings of unease. Now, focus on Ha4, or Dicang, positioned on the face, at the corner of the mouth. This point addresses facial symptoms related to emotional fluctuations. Use caution when visualizing this point, as it is near the face. Then, bring your attention to CV4, known as Guanyuan, located in the lower abdomen, approximately three fingerbreadths below the navel. This point helps tonify Qi and supports overall vitality, creating a sense of grounding and stability. Lastly, visualize TV13, also referred to as Tianshu, found on the lower abdomen, about two fingerbreadths lateral to the navel. This point supports digestive health and emotional balance, assisting in the release of tension. As you contemplate these points, imagine their energies intertwining and harmonizing within your body. Visualize the calming effects radiating through your chest, abdomen, and mind, fostering a sense of peace and emotional equilibrium. Breathe deeply, allowing the soothing energy from these points to wash over you. With each breath, envision the release of anxiety and emotional instability, inviting a state of calm and tranquility. Trust in this natural process of balance and healing, aligning your mind and spirit with a perfect, constructive state. To comment, subscribe to the newsletter and get exclusive BioCoherence offers, please create a free account
