Autoimmune Fatigue 1: BL5, TH20, SP4, BL39, KI15
(Autoimmune tiredness, Muscle weakness, Poor concentration)
This recipe uses BL5 (Wuchu) for head and Qi, TH20 (Jiaosun) for head and circulation, SP4 (Gongsun) for spleen and digestion, BL39 (Weiyang) for lower jiao, and KI15 (Zhongzhu) to nourish Yin. It reduces autoimmune fatigue. Contraindications: Use caution with BL39 in back conditions.
