Focus on the energy within you as you explore the acupuncture points that can help uplift your mood and motivation during the winter months. Begin with SI17, located just below the jawline, near the angle of the jaw. This point, known as Tianrong, is associated with emotional balance and can help release tension in the neck, promoting a sense of calm and clarity. Next, move to TH13, found on the back of the arm, about two fingerbreadths above the wrist crease. This point, Naohui, supports the flow of Qi throughout the body and can energize your spirit, enhancing your connection to your internal vitality. Shift your attention to SP20, located on the side of the chest, in the sixth intercostal space. Zhourong, as it is called, helps harmonize the spleen and supports emotional well-being, allowing joy to surface more easily. Now, bring awareness to BL32, situated in the sacral area, just above the gluteal cleft. Known as Ciliao, this point regulates the lower jiao, helping to ground and stabilize your energy. Finally, focus on CV2, located in the lower abdomen, just above the pubic bone. This point, Qugu, is a powerful center for tonifying Qi. However, be mindful to avoid this point if you have any abdominal conditions. As you visualize these points, imagine a warm, radiant light surrounding them, illuminating their capacity to uplift your mood and energy. Feel this light flow through your body, connecting each point and harmonizing your spirit. Allow this energy to rise within you, filling you with motivation and brightness. Embrace the natural rhythm of your body, inviting in the balance and vitality that these points can bring. Let the warmth and light expand, dissolving any feelings of lethargy or low mood, and replacing them with clarity and enthusiasm. Breathe deeply, and with each exhale, release any remaining heaviness. Feel the transformation within, nurturing your inner strength and joy. Remain in this state of awareness, allowing your body to absorb the benefits of this practice, as you gently restore balance and harmony to your being. To comment, subscribe to the newsletter and get exclusive BioCoherence offers, please create a free account
