BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue your journey into relaxation, bring your awareness to the key acupuncture points that support joint health and mobility.
Begin with GB34, located on the outer leg below the knee, just in front of the head of the fibula. This point, known as Yanglingquan, helps to relax your tendons, promoting ease of movement.
Next, focus on ST36, situated about four fingerbreadths below the knee cap, one fingerbreadth to the outside of the shinbone. This point boosts your Qi, providing vital energy and strength to your body.
Now, shift your attention to SP9, found just below the knee on the inner leg, in the depression between the shinbone and the calf bone. Yinlingquan helps to reduce dampness, which can contribute to stiffness and discomfort. Note that this point should be avoided during pregnancy.
Direct your awareness to BL60, located behind the ankle, in the space between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. This point, known as Kunlun, is effective in relieving pain and enhancing mobility.
Finally, consider BL40, located at the back of the knee in the center of the crease. Weizhong eases stiffness in the lower back and knees, promoting overall comfort.
As you visualize these points, imagine a warm, soothing energy flowing through your body, dissolving tension and stiffness, and restoring balance to your joints. Allow this energy to move freely, enhancing your mobility and relieving any mild pain or fatigue you may experience.
With each breath, feel this healing energy spread through your limbs, revitalizing your joints and restoring them to their perfect state of ease and flexibility. Embrace this natural process of healing and let your body find its rhythm, reconnecting with the joy of movement.
