Begin with LI20, located on either side of the nostrils, just inside the nasal passages. This point, known as Yingxiang, works to clear the sinuses and promote smooth airflow, alleviating nasal congestion.

Next, focus on BL7, found on the top of the head, approximately one and a half inches back from the hairline. This point, called Tongtian, helps reduce congestion and is vital in relieving sinus pressure.
