BioCoherence Meditation
Visualize the following acupuncture points as you focus on relieving shoulder pain, stiffness, and numbness. LI15 (Shoulder Well): Located at the outer shoulder, about an inch below the acromion (the bony peak of the shoulder). This point helps to alleviate pain and tension in the shoulder muscles, promoting relaxation and mobility. LI16 (Great Bone): Found at the upper shoulder, in the depression between the acromion and the clavicle. It aids in relieving shoulder tightness and enhances circulation, which can ease discomfort and restore movement. SI9 (Back of the Shoulder): Positioned on the back of the shoulder, about one inch above the armpit. This point targets pain in the shoulder and upper arm, helping to ease tension and improve the flow of energy, contributing to overall shoulder health. GB21 (Shoulder Well): Located at the top of the shoulder, halfway between the neck and shoulder, in the muscle. This point is effective for releasing tension in the neck and shoulders, promoting relaxation and reducing stress in the surrounding muscles. As you visualize these points, imagine a warm, soothing light enveloping them. This light represents healing energy, flowing through the muscles, nerves, and joints of the shoulders and neck. Allow this energy to dissolve pain and stiffness, restoring balance and comfort throughout the upper body. Picture the muscles loosening, the joints moving freely, and the nerves communicating harmoniously. Feel the connection between these points and the rest of your body, recognizing how they work together to promote well-being. Each point contributes to the overall harmony of your shoulder area, enabling a return to its natural, relaxed state. Embrace this sensation of relief and balance as you continue to deepen your meditation. To comment, subscribe to the newsletter and get exclusive BioCoherence offers, please create a free account
