As you continue to relax deeply, bring your awareness to the specific acupuncture points that will support your body's balance in relation to diabetes mellitus.Visualize ST36, located just below your knee, about four finger widths down the leg, on the outer side of the shinbone. This point is known to boost your vital energy, helping to invigorate your body and enhance your overall vitality.
Next, focus on SP6, found on the inner side of your lower leg, about three finger widths above the ankle bone. This point nourishes the Yin energy, promoting harmony within your body and soothing any feelings of thirst and fatigue.
Now, direct your attention to KI3, located at the midpoint between your ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. This point is crucial for tonifying your kidneys, which play a key role in regulating water and energy balance in your body.
Shift your awareness to BL20, situated on your back, about two finger widths from the spine at the lower back level. This point strengthens your spleen, which is vital for digestion and energy production, helping to stabilize your blood sugar levels.
Finally, visualize CV12, located on your abdomen, midway between your belly button and the bottom of your rib cage. This point is essential for regulating digestion and supporting your body's metabolic processes.
As you breathe deeply, imagine a warm, healing light enveloping these points. With each inhale, visualize energy flowing into ST36, filling you with vitality. As you exhale, release any stagnant energy or discomfort.
Inhale again, drawing nourishing energy into SP6, feeling a calming wave wash over you, soothing your thirst and fatigue. Exhale slowly, letting go of any tension.
Now, focus on KI3 as you breathe in deeply, feeling your kidneys becoming strong and balanced. With each exhale, release any excess heat or imbalance.
Bring your attention to BL20, inhaling strength and support for your spleen. With your exhale, let go of any digestive discomfort.
Finally, visualize CV12. Inhale deeply, allowing your body's digestive system to harmonize. Exhale, clearing away any blockages.
Continue this cycle of breath, visualizing each point and its corresponding benefits. Let the healing energy flow freely, bringing your body into a state of balance and health. Feel a sense of peace and stability as your blood sugar levels find their perfect balance, your thirst quenched, your energy revitalized.
