Focus your attention on the acupuncture points that will assist in reducing stress and anxiety.Begin with ST36, located about four finger widths below your kneecap, on the outer side of your shin bone. This point is known to boost your vital energy, helping to uplift your spirit and improve your overall vitality.
Next, bring your awareness to PC6, situated about two finger widths above the wrist, between the two tendons. This point plays a key role in regulating emotions, supporting you in releasing any feelings of tension or anxiety.
Now, visualize HT7, found at the wrist crease, on the side of your little finger. This point calms the heart and promotes emotional balance, allowing for a sense of peace and tranquility.
Shift your focus to GV20, located at the top of your head, in the center of the skull. This point is effective in clearing your mind, providing clarity and a sense of openness. However, be mindful to use caution if you have any scalp conditions.
Lastly, connect with LR3, positioned on the top of your foot, in the webbing between the big toe and the second toe. This point soothes the liver, helping to release frustration and stress, promoting a sense of relaxation throughout your body.
As you visualize these points, imagine a warm, healing light enveloping each area. With every breath, feel the energy flowing through your body, harmonizing the organs associated with these points.
Picture ST36 energizing your body, PC6 gently easing your emotions, HT7 calming your heart, GV20 clearing your thoughts, and LR3 soothing your liver. With each inhale, draw in this healing energy; with each exhale, release tension and negativity.
Allow this energy to balance your body's natural state, bringing you to a place of calm and clarity. Embrace the serenity that arises from this practice, letting it wash over you, bringing peace to your mind and body.
