BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your awareness to the areas of muscle tension and stiffness in your body. Visualize the acupuncture points that will guide you toward relief.Begin with ST36, located about four fingerbreadths below your kneecap, on the outer side of your shinbone. This point is known to boost your body's energy and vitality, encouraging the flow of Qi throughout your system.
Next, focus on GB34, found on the outside of your leg, just below the knee. This point helps to relax the tendons, easing stiffness and promoting flexibility in your movements.
Now, move your attention to BL57, located in the back of your lower leg, midway between the knee and the ankle. This point supports muscle health and can help alleviate pain and tension. Approach this point with caution if you experience any leg conditions.
Shift your focus to LR3, situated on the top of your foot, in the valley between the first and second toes. This point is known to soothe the liver, helping to release emotional stress that often contributes to physical tension.
Finally, bring your awareness to SI12, or Bingfeng, located in the center of your shoulder blade. This point is effective for releasing tightness in the shoulders, allowing for a greater range of motion and relaxation.
As you visualize these points, imagine a warm, healing light flowing into each area. Picture this light dissolving the tension, stiffness, and pain, replacing them with comfort and ease.
With each breath, feel the energy circulating through these points, harmonizing your body and releasing any blockages. Allow the calming sensations to wash over you, bringing balance to your muscles and joints.
As you continue to breathe, affirm to yourself that you are releasing the weight of tension, embracing relaxation and freedom of movement. Trust that your body knows how to heal itself, and allow this natural process to unfold.
Feel the connection between your body and the earth, grounding you and supporting your healing journey. Embrace this moment of tranquility, knowing you are nurturing your body toward its perfect state of balance.
