As you continue to relax deeply, bring your awareness to the acupuncture points that support your breath and ease your chest.Begin with LU7, located on the inside of your forearm, about an inch above the wrist crease. This point opens the lungs, allowing for deeper, more effortless inhalation. Visualize a gentle wave of fresh air flowing into your lungs, expanding your chest.
Next, focus on BL13, found on your back, about two finger widths from your spine at the lower part of your shoulder blades. This point strengthens the lungs, enhancing your body's ability to breathe freely. Imagine a warm, comforting light surrounding this area, reinforcing your lung strength.
Now, bring your attention to CV17, located at the center of your chest, where your ribs meet. This point regulates the chest, helping to ease tightness and discomfort. Visualize a soft, soothing energy radiating from this point, opening your heart and chest, allowing for a harmonious flow of breath.
Shift your focus to ST36, which is on the front of your leg, about four finger widths below your kneecap and one finger width out from your shinbone. This point boosts your vital energy, or Qi. Picture this energy rising up through your body, filling you with strength and vitality, supporting your overall well-being.
Finally, connect with Dingchuan, located just below the neck, in the area between your shoulder blades. This point addresses breathing difficulties. Envision a gentle release of any tension or tightness here, as your breath becomes smoother and more rhythmic.
As you visualize each point, allow the calming energy to flow through you, balancing your lungs, chest, and overall energy. Breathe deeply, feeling the expansion and release, knowing that with every breath, you are nurturing your body back to its natural state of balance and ease. Let go of any discomfort, embracing a sense of lightness and freedom in your breath. Continue to breathe deeply, allowing these powerful points to support you in achieving harmony within.
