This recipe uses LI20 (Yingxiang) to clear sinuses, ST3 (Juliao) for facial pain, LI4 to boost immunity, BL2 (Zanzhu) for forehead, and GV23 (Shangxing) to clear head. It relieves acute sinusitis. Contraindications: Use caution with points near eyes.

As you continue to relax, bring your awareness to the area around your nose and forehead, where the discomfort of sinusitis resides. Visualize the acupuncture points that will support your healing.

First, find LI20, known as Yingxiang, located at the crease beside your nostrils. Visualize this point clearing your sinuses, inviting fresh air and relief to flow freely.

Next, focus on ST3, or Juliao, situated just below your cheekbone, directly in line with your pupils. Imagine this point soothing your facial pain, bringing warmth and comfort to your cheeks and jaw.

Now, turn your attention to LI4, found in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. Envision this powerful point boosting your immune system, fortifying your body's natural defenses against infection and congestion.
