This recipe uses KI3 to tonify kidneys, BL23 to strengthen kidneys, ST36 to boost Qi, CV4 to tonify lower jiao, and GV4 (Mingmen) to tonify Yang. It supports adrenal cortex hypofunction. Contraindications: Use caution with GV4 in pregnancy.

As you continue to relax, bring your awareness to specific points in your body that can support your energy and vitality.First, focus on the point at the back of your lower back, around the waist area, known as BL23. This point strengthens the kidneys, which are vital for energy and endurance. Visualize a warm light radiating from this area, infusing your kidneys with strength and vitality.
Next, shift your attention to KI3, located just above the ankle on the inside of your leg. This point also nourishes the kidneys, helping to restore balance and energy. Imagine this point glowing softly, enhancing your overall vitality and resilience.
Now, bring your awareness to ST36, found on the front of your leg, about four fingerbreadths down from your knee cap, just off the shinbone. This point is powerful for boosting your Qi, your life energy. Visualize a vibrant energy flowing from this point, filling your entire body with warmth and strength.
Next, focus on CV4, located just below your navel, in the center of your lower abdomen. This point nourishes the lower jiao, a key area for storing energy and vitality. Picture a calming warmth emanating from this area, grounding you and providing deep nourishment.
Finally, direct your attention to GV4, located along your spine, just below the lower back. This point is known as Mingmen, or the Gate of Life, and it helps to tonify Yang energy. Envision this area glowing with a bright, invigorating light, awakening your inner strength and dynamic energy.
As you visualize these points and their effects, take a deep breath in, allowing the warmth and energy to spread throughout your body. With each exhale, release any lingering fatigue or heaviness, letting it dissolve into the ground beneath you.
Feel the interconnectedness of these points as they work together to support your adrenal health and overall energy. Allow this synergy to restore balance and harmony within you, rejuvenating your spirit and revitalizing your body.
