Next, move to PC6, found on the inner forearm, about two finger widths from the wrist crease. This point regulates your emotions, allowing you to feel a sense of emotional stability. Picture a warm, comforting wave flowing from this point, enveloping your thoughts and feelings.
Now, shift your focus to KI3, located on the inside of your ankle, midway between the heel and the inner ankle bone. This point nourishes your kidneys, which play a vital role in your overall vitality. Envision a grounding energy rising from this point, strengthening your foundation and resilience.
Next, bring your awareness to LR3, situated on the top of your foot, in the webbing between the first and second toes. This point soothes the liver, helping to release any pent-up stress or tension. Imagine a gentle breeze flowing through this area, clearing away any heaviness.
Finally, focus on GV20, located at the crown of your head. While using caution if you have scalp conditions, this point clears the mind and enhances clarity. Visualize a bright light shining from this point, illuminating your thoughts and bringing a sense of calm awareness.
As you connect with these points, allow their energies to intertwine, balancing the hyperfunction of the adrenal medulla. Feel the calming effects wash over you, nurturing your heart, regulating your emotions, fortifying your kidneys, soothing your liver, and clearing your mind.
