GB34, located on the outer side of your knee, is known as the "Yang Mound Spring." This point relaxes the tendons, easing tightness and promoting flexibility. Imagine a soothing wave washing over this area, releasing tension and inviting ease.
Next, bring your attention to ST36, situated about four fingerbreadths below your kneecap and one fingerbreadth to the outside of your shinbone. This powerful point boosts your energy and vitality. Lastly, direct your attention to KI3, located on the inner ankle, in the depression between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. This point nourishes the tendons and supports overall strength.
