BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to relax, let us focus on the Japanese Allergy Relief method from Traditional Chinese Medicine. This practice involves specific acupuncture points that work harmoniously to alleviate seasonal allergies, including symptoms such as itchy eyes and sneezing. First, visualize the point SP14, located about four finger widths below the navel, on the side of the body. This point, known as Fujie, nourishes the spleen, helping to strengthen your digestive energy and support your overall vitality. Next, bring your awareness to ST35, located on the outer side of the knee, just below the patella. Dubi is the name of this point, and it is beneficial for enhancing Qi circulation and relieving discomfort in the lower body. Now, focus on Ha1, or Chengqi, which is located at the inner corner of the eye. This point addresses facial allergies and can help soothe any irritation you may feel in that area. Remember to handle this area gently. Next, direct your attention to GV28, known as Yinjiao, situated in the center of the frenulum of the lower lip. This point calms the mind, reducing anxiety associated with allergic reactions. Please use caution here, as it is near the mouth. Lastly, visualize La6, called Xuanli, located on the inner side of the forearm, about one hand's breadth above the wrist crease. This point is effective for head-related allergies, helping to clear the sinuses and alleviate discomfort. As you meditate on these points, imagine a gentle energy flowing through your body, harmonizing and balancing your systems. With each breath, envision the nourishment of your spleen, the circulation of Qi, the calming of your mind, and the easing of your facial and head allergies. Allow this visualization to deepen your relaxation, helping to release any tension or discomfort associated with allergies. Embrace this natural method, and trust in your body's ability to restore balance and ease. Continue to breathe deeply, feeling the harmony of these points working in concert to bring you relief. As you do so, feel the symptoms of your allergies fading, replaced by a sense of calm and well-being. Let this flow of energy cleanse and rejuvenate you, guiding you toward a state of perfect balance. To comment, subscribe to the newsletter and get exclusive BioCoherence offers, please create a free account
