BioCoherence Meditation
Focus your awareness on the energy pathways within your body, particularly the acupuncture points that nourish and rejuvenate.
Begin with SI17, located on the side of the neck, just below the jawline. This point, known as Tianrong, supports the neck and enhances the flow of Qi, invigorating your overall energy and clarity.
Next, shift your attention to ST19, situated on the abdomen, two fingerbreadths lateral to the midline at the level of the navel. This point, Burong, is essential for digestion and helps to harmonize the stomach energy, providing stability and strength.
Now, visualize Hy3, or Juliao, located on the face, at the midpoint of the cheekbone. This point enhances circulation, bringing warmth and vitality to the facial area, nurturing your sense of well-being and alertness.
Bring your awareness to GV20, found at the crown of the head. This point, Baihui, serves to uplift your Qi, connecting you to a higher state of consciousness and improving focus and mental clarity.
Finally, focus on TV7, located in the lower abdomen, which aids in the health of the reproductive organs and helps to ground your energy. This point, Zhongdu, stabilizes the flow of energy, promoting a sense of balance and control.
As you visualize these points, breathe deeply and allow their effects to resonate within you. Imagine a warm, golden light flowing through each point, harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit. Feel the energy rising, sweeping away fatigue, weakness, and distractions.
Continue to breathe, embracing this radiant energy, nurturing your concentration and vitality. With each inhale, draw in strength; with each exhale, release tension and fatigue. Allow the natural healing of your body to restore you to a perfect state of balance and well-being.
