As you continue in this deep state of relaxation, allow your awareness to gently focus on the acupuncture points that support the alleviation of anxiety and allergy-related discomfort.Begin by visualizing SI7, located on the inner side of your forearm, about two finger widths above the wrist crease. This point, Zhizheng, calms the mind and helps to release emotional tension. Imagine a soothing wave of tranquility washing over you as you connect with this point.
Next, bring your attention to TH3, found on the back of your hand, between the fourth and fifth metacarpal bones. Known as Zhongzhu, this point promotes balance in your emotional state and helps relieve tension in your hands. Visualize the energy at this point harmonizing your feelings and restoring your sense of peace.
Now, shift your focus to SP15, located on the abdomen, about two finger widths out from the center line, below the rib cage. Daheng, as it is called, aids in regulating the spleen and digestive health. Picture this point radiating warmth and comfort, allowing your body to process and release any residual anxiety.
Next, connect with BL20, situated on your back, approximately two finger widths from the spine at the lower back region. Pishu strengthens the spleen and supports overall vitality. Envision this point as a source of strength, providing stability and grounding as you release tension and stress.
Finally, direct your attention to PE8, located in the center of your palm. This point, Laogong, is known for calming emotions and nurturing your spirit. Imagine a gentle light emanating from your palm, enveloping your heart and mind in a cocoon of serenity.
As you focus on these points-SI7, TH3, SP15, BL20, and PE8-allow their healing energies to flow through your body, harmonizing emotions, alleviating restlessness, and relieving allergy-related symptoms. Breathe deeply, inviting calmness and balance into every part of your being. With each breath, feel the anxiety and discomfort gently dissipating, replaced by a sense of peace and well-being.
Trust in this natural process of healing, and know that these points and their benefits are always within your reach, ready to support you in achieving a state of balance and tranquility.
