BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to breathe deeply and settle into this meditation, bring your awareness to the acupuncture points that can support your emotional balance during this transitional phase.Begin by focusing on HT7, located at the wrist crease on the pinky side. This point calms the heart and is essential for easing feelings of anxiety and irritability. Visualize a gentle, soothing light emanating from this point, enveloping your heart and mind in tranquility.
Next, shift your attention to PC6, found about two finger widths above the wrist crease, between the two tendons. This point is known for regulating emotions and alleviating feelings of stress. Imagine a soft wave of peace washing over you, creating a sense of emotional stability.
Now, direct your focus to LV3, located on the top of the foot, in the valley between the big toe and the second toe. This point supports the smooth flow of Qi, helping to dispel irritability and frustration. Envision a flowing river of energy, bringing clarity and calmness to your emotional landscape.
Move your awareness to SP6, located on the inner side of the lower leg, about four finger widths above the ankle bone. This point plays a crucial role in hormonal balance. Picture a warm, nurturing energy radiating from this area, harmonizing your body's natural rhythms and easing any tension.
Finally, bring your attention to BL15, Xinshu, located on the back, slightly below the heart area. This point helps to soothe the heart and promote emotional well-being. Visualize a gentle light surrounding this area, fostering a deep sense of peace and security within you.
As you hold these points in your awareness, breathe deeply, allowing the energy from each point to harmonize with your body. Feel the interconnectedness of your heart, emotions, Qi, hormones, and spirit. With each breath, invite balance and serenity into your being, releasing any lingering anxiety or instability. Trust in the natural process of healing and embrace this state of calm as your body aligns with its perfect, constructive state.
