As you continue to deepen your breath, bring your awareness to the acupuncture points that support your respiratory health.

Locate LU7, known as Lieque, situated on the inside of your wrist, about an inch above the crease. This point opens the lungs, allowing for a smoother flow of air and easing any tightness in your chest.

Next, find CV17, or Danzhong, located at the center of your chest, just above the sternum. This point regulates the Qi in your chest, promoting a sense of openness and calm, helping to alleviate feelings of pressure.

Now shift your focus to BL13, known as Feishu, which can be found on your back, approximately two finger widths from the spine at the level of your upper back. This point strengthens the lungs, nurturing your respiratory system and enhancing its resilience against allergens.

Lastly, identify ST36, or Zusanli, located about four finger widths below the knee cap, on the outer side of your shin. This point boosts your overall vitality and supports your body's energy, contributing to a sense of balance and wellness.

As you visualize these points, imagine a warm, healing light surrounding them, harmonizing your lungs, chest, and overall energy. With each breath, allow this light to expand, gently reducing any wheezing or tightness you may feel.

Inhale deeply, drawing in fresh, clean air, and exhale any tension or discomfort. With each breath, feel your lungs opening, your chest releasing, and your body becoming more relaxed and at ease.

Continue to focus on your breath, allowing the healing energy from these points to flow through you, restoring balance and promoting a state of well-being. Embrace this natural process, trusting that your body knows how to heal and regain its perfect state.
