As you continue to breathe deeply, turn your awareness to the heart and its rhythm. Imagine the acupuncture point HT7, located at the wrist crease on the radial side, calming the heart and soothing the spirit. Visualize a gentle, warm light radiating from this point, bringing tranquility to your heartbeat. Now, bring your focus to PC6, found two fingerbreadths above the wrist crease, between the tendons. This point helps regulate emotions and eases anxiety. Envision a soft, calming energy flowing from PC6, harmonizing your feelings and creating a sense of peace within.
Next, consider CV17, located in the center of your chest, at the level of the fourth intercostal space. This point opens the chest, allowing breath and energy to flow freely. Picture a bright light expanding from CV17, filling your chest with warmth, alleviating any discomfort and creating spaciousness for your heart.
Finally, direct your attention to BL15, situated on the back, slightly to the left of the spine at the level of the fifth thoracic vertebra. This point nourishes heart Qi and supports emotional balance. Imagine a grounding energy emanating from BL15, stabilizing your heart rhythm and promoting a sense of security.
As you hold these images, breathe deeply, allowing the energies of these points to harmonize within you. With each breath, feel the calming effects of HT7, the emotional balance from PC6, the openness from CV17, and the grounding from BL15 merging together. Each inhalation invites balance, and each exhalation releases tension.
Continue to breathe, allowing this serene energy to flow through your heart and chest, stabilizing and nourishing your entire being. Let this deep connection to your heart guide you toward a state of perfect rhythm and peace.
